JGM were contracted by Linear Design & Construct for the refurbishment of Anderson Strathern’s high end office in Edinburgh’s Capital Square.
This full MEP refurbishment took place across ground floor and first floor suites totalling 21,432sq.ft. within a live building which remained fully operational throughout the contract works. Installation included new lighting and controls, as well as new power, structured cabling, AC, Ventilation and leak detection. This also included modified fire alarms and PAVA as well as modified Intruder Systems and modified Access Control.
This project was successfully completed, ensuring the building remained fully operational throughout the contract works.
