JGM were contracted by SJS for the full M&E service installation of an existing office floor plan at Marischal Square, Aberdeen, for Burness Paull.
Mechanically this project included alterations and additions to the existing air conditioning, ventilation, water services, drainage and sprinklers, to suit the new layout of the floor plan, with the formation of meeting rooms, canteens area, catering kitchen, new toilets and new comms room.
Electrically, new power and data supplies were also installed to serve the meeting rooms, open plan desk areas, canteen, kitchen, toilets and comms room.
The project was successfully delivered through great teamwork between SJS and JGM, as well as project managers, PMP plc, M&E consultants Troup Bywaters + Anders and architect Ross Ellis Stewart.
