Our Mission
To successfully execute the refurbishment of this modern and sophisticated 45 double en-suite room hotel within time, budget and to a very high quality standard. This project comprised of difficult challenges which had to be overcome such as; City Centre logistics management and complex service coordination to maximise bedroom ceiling heights. Furthermore, the adjacent student accommodation block was occupied and had to remain functional, despite having a communal Plantroom servicing both properties.
