Radisson Blu Hotel

Our Mission

The fit out project involved the upgrading of the core building services, an increase in the specification of the MEP materials, and the replacement of the existing services within each of the hotel floors, function suites and back of house areas. The installation of the new services required to comply with the latest legislation and regulations for the hotel operator.

The fit out and installation works were undertaken when the hotel was occupied, and functional. Whilst the works were being undertaken, it was critical that the hotel functionality remained fully operational, with no downtime permitted. Careful and detailed planning was required for the heavily serviced core and floor installation works. Noise was to be kept to a minimum also.
