The Raeburn Hotel, located in Stockbridge, Edinburgh, underwent a full renovation. The work involved removing the existing fabric of the building and rebuilding and increasing the available space of the property. This project required major upgrades to the building’s electrical and mechanical services.
What was once a 200-year-old Georgian family home is now a charming 10-bedroom boutique hotel with bar and restaurant. Formerly dilapidated and abandoned, the renovation breathed life into this B-listed building, which lies in the picturesque Stockbridge area of Edinburgh.
Our experience in carrying out specialist work on historic and listed buildings allowed us to completely transform this building. We opened the doors which had been closed for the previous seven years and created a place brimming with energy and excitement.
